Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting

So I own a Dell computer, you can laugh all you want but to be honest for the price I paid it’s not bad. My only problem is a pop thing that keeps trying to tell me I have to update Acrobat Reader.

Either Adobe is going nuts with the updates and changing it on a weekly basis, or there’s something wrong with this Dell pop up thingy.

My name is John, and I work at Dell headquarters. I ran across this, and wanted to comment.

It would appear that you've recently updated to IE7? That may be the cause of this, but if it is not, what happens when you click "Get it"? What happens after you've tried that and then click "Don't show this message again"?

If the Dell support software is indeed malfunctioning, I would recommend uninstalling it and reinstalling it from your Dell Resource CD.

If you have any questions, you can contact me here:

I just got the message again and I most definitely selected to not show me this message again. To be honest it's an annoyance but it's not something I really want to re-install stuff about. I am disappointed with this little problem but it's not worth that much of my time. Not to mention for an annoyance it has a pretty cool sound effect.

I also e-mailed this to him.
